* Basic photos of a home (all the selling points - kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc)
* Digital files of the images sent to you via e-mail
This is the only session that does not have a two-week waiting period for the images to be completed. For real estate, I will have these back to you within 24 HOURS! I know how time sensitive the real estate world can be, so I make sure you have your images ASAP.
If there is any features of the home you would like captured, let me know.
The first time I take real estate photos for you, you will be required to sign a copyright contract with me. This is to confirm that we both have the rights to use these images. After that, you will not have to sign another one for one year.
